Service is amazing
I’d like to genuinely recommend Smriti - my lovely housekeeping lady who is responsible for my room for 2 weeks. She helps even with the smallest things, and my room always looks sparkling clean after her visit. She’s so kind and friendly, keeps small talks when I’d like to talk with her and at the same time continue cleaning and she’s not distracted from doing her job. She’s very attentive, remembers tiny things about her guests - leaves the exact flavour of my fav tea and chocolate 😊 She’s really professional and it’s truly exceptional.

The lobby and backyard have a pleasant ambiance. However, I encountered a delay in receiving telephone services when I called from my room. The buffet was satisfactory, but I prefer the food from Al Mirfa Hotel. (Perhaps it’s because I’m more inclined towards Indian and Arabic cuisine.) Despite these minor issues, I don’t feel like I’ve experienced the full 5-star hotel experience.

Excellent job by housekeeping staff. Smriti and Mahendra are very quick and thorough. It is an excellent place to stay! They are very accommodating!!

Good dinner
I’m a guest in the hotel for 2 years now since Im working on a project in the region. The food is not always pleasant to me but tonight my dinner experience was good thanks to the good service and warmth of Mr Bashir who goes an extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Decent hotel
Decent hotel but not 4 stars. Noise from coridor and other doors closing is too lound since phonic isolation does not exist. Food selection is almost exclusively South East Asian. Bashir is a nice waiter, for a change.

property location is good with clean atmosphere, beach side check in was smooth, gave an upgraded room, without asking 🥰 nice and friendly, excellent job by Amar, HK supervisor and Binod, HK. Liked the way room arranged property got a nice park and a medium sized swimming pool, long beach, and spaces for football, volleyball, badminton, TT ec., worth spending a week end, good for people who ikes long drive breakfast was also good, with lof of food options and very very friendly staff seving us with smile

Lovely stay
Ranbir from house keeping was lovely. Wonderful stay, food was great with lots of options and buffets. Has pool and becah access. Couldnt have asked for more. Massages were decently priced as well.

Housekeeping
Excellent resort to stay and Good view Simran does an excellent job with housekeeping. She is punctual, polite, and cleans everything with great attention to detail. The room always looks neat and fresh after her work.

Amazing experience enjoying and relaxing with all inclusive package.

Bad: The location is a bit far from Dubai, for example.

Great stay every time
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I keep coming back for business, and I always enjoy my time here. The staff are very friendly—reception, valet, and the restaurant team. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

A gem of a hotel
I dont often write reviews about hotels but I feel the need to write one about the D anat Jebel Dhanna. We arrived at 10-30pm just as the buffit restuarant had been cleaned so the person booking us in arranged for club sandwiches fries and salad to be taken to our room while we had a drink outside. The staff, food and cleanliness was excellent. The buffit was fantastic really wide choice of dishes to suit every taste. And I could not finnish without a mention of our favourite chef who went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. Thanks Sharifah hope to see you next year.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Kushal and the bartenders and pool team (I’m just sad I didn’t get their names!). Kushal went above and beyond to make our weekend truly special. He coordinated with the rest of the team to ensure everything was perfect, and we genuinely appreciate all his effort and kindness. The view from the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the location couldn’t be better! The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to Mr. Amar, the housekeeping supervisor, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

I am giving five star rating for basher, the crew in the restaurant. Everyone who works here are very friendly. One of my favorite crew is Dharmaraj. Hard working. I recommend basher and dharmaraj
