The rooms are old but clean if you stay for short term. If you stay longer, the house keeper didn't care anymore about you and your room. The hotel is not so bad as you not really have too many options in this area. It's a bit far from everything and you have to wait for taxi at least 20 minutes. The owner should thinking of hiring people from somewhere else then India.

My family and I enjoy coming to the Danat. It is a great place for young children. We love the breakfast options. The Chef, Sharifah took extra care when preparing food for our toddler. Olive, Dolly and Subskikya were really helpful with setting up breakfast for my children, talking with them while I got food ans making them smile and laugh. We definitely recommend the resort!

Very relaxing hotel perfect for a chill out. Rooms are wonderfully clean and house keeping very good, Amar, Binod and Smrit very pleasant and keeps the rooms lovely. All staff excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort, and I must say the experience was excellent, thanks to the wonderful team.A special thank you to Swastika, Dolly, James, Kung,Binod and Oliver for their outstanding service. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Their positive attitude and teamwork truly made a difference in creating a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere. Fabulous hotel and staff
This hotel is kept spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable and rooms are big and roomy. All the staff are lovely, polite and respectful. No fighting over sunbeds. Food is amazing and very tasty. If you don’t see what you want, just ask to see if available. Only downside is transfer from airport 2.5 hours but was well worth it in my opinion.

Highly Recommend
Hotel is brilliant. The room was large, bed was huge, it was all immaculate. The buffet was fantastic, lots of choice, but also food made to order at every meal. 2 female chefs were wonderful (I wish I’d gotten their names). Pool is heated, beach is beautiful. Their is a big change in the restaurant the food is really delicious and interesting I would like to thank sharifah who always take good care of us and checking on us in dining tables with big smile search a wonderful staff.

Excellent stay high of its 5 stars
A magnificent stay where all my star ingredients were in the appointment and made us forget the remoteness of the capital. The welcome, comfort, availability of staff, activities gave us great pleasure. Dedication to the kitchen team who knew how to transform an ordinary moment into an expected one, pleasant, happy, by their good mood, their listening, their smile. My 3 boys were charmed by this young team committed to our well-being. I enjoyed seeing the cooks come out of the kitchens and making sure that the customers were satisfied. The head of the room by his expertise was very sensitive to our quality of care. The surprise of the dessert team for our departure moved us. Dedication also to the reception staff (to the future mother who has settled us in our rooms). That I also enjoyed finding Mohammed and sipping his delicious coffee. Frankly for having frequented other hotels, here we had the impression of sharing family life. What could be proposed, excursions, it is missing. We feel that everyone appreciates each other and it is this communion that we wish to return to see! THANK YOU

Always enjoyed staying at Danat Jabel Dhanna Resort
Good: Far from the chaos, a serene beach resort that offers great hospitality. The property is clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms, a beautiful pool with bar and a calm and shallow beach. The water sports are offered for the guests. A stroll in the dawn along the beach was the most memorable moment during our stay. The restaurant is awesome with wide range of cuisine. Above all, the staff have been highly accommodating and professional.
Bad: I like DanatJabel Dhanna Resort and I have enjoyed the stay here on multiple occasions and I look forward for more.

A Peaceful Beach Escape with a smile
We had such a lovely stay at Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxed beach break away from the busy city, this is perfect. A true five star hotel and service. The beach is absolutely beautiful, soft white sand and clear water, ideal for switching off and unwinding. Seaweed gets dug away every morning. The weather when there was 31c with a cool breeze. No clouds in sight! The pool area is clean with a nice pool bar and the water was like a bath as this was heated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The king size bed was a nice addition, mini fridge and refreshing shower/bath. Shampoos etc were provided even own toothbrush. We were based in a non smoking room on the 4th floor with upgraded balcony. Make sure to do this as all rooms face the sea but it's worth the sitting outside. The first floor there is smoking rooms so ensure they are non smoking if that's something you prefer. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, always helpful, attentive and polite. Their smiles made you feel welcome and it's what made the holiday that much better. The hotel has a bar area and we would have spent more time watching the entertainment if smoking was outside. But the smoke was strong so we had walks along the beach instead of spent time at the other bar. As a gluten free person the variety of food was amazing. I've seriously put on weight. Shout out to my chefs sharifa and Freeda who took the time to go through every dish that I could eat, making me special cakes and desserts. If I didn't fancy anything they would cook it for me. This was worth it weight in gold and something I never had to worry about. Peace of mind is rare to find. The tides restaurant had a good variety, qualiry food and we enjoyed sitting with the sea view on the outside patio. It’s definitely more of a calm, laid-back resort rather than a party vibe, which suited us perfectly. A great choice for couples or anyone wanting a quiet recharge by the sea. Not much to do around the resort but we knew this when we booked. Transfer from airport via taxi is around £100-£120 and takes around 2hours 15 mins. It's one straight road really and the airport is very well organised. Shout out to sharifa, my chef a beautiful soul who took the time to get to know us and for her young age, such a talent. Subikshya and kung our waitresses Shageesha the chef who was always smiling freeda the chef Juliet our Hostess who always catered to us. Olive our waitress who was very attentive Bijeesh and Ajay at reservation's who provided great service. Rija our cleaner who did all the rooms by himself. A lovely young lad. You made our stay the best and we were very sad to leave. We shall definitely return.

February Break
Lovely hotel, food was excellent, staff were brilliant. Only downside was the Location as the hotel is a little isolated and you need to hire a car to get there. (Car hire is very reasonable)
