Overall nice experience.
Good: Very nicely planned property design. The room was quite spacious. Lot of activity areas.
Bad: The swimming pool lifeguards were a bit rude in behaviour. They should be more polite to the guests. Spoiled our mood for no reason.

From the waiter to the manager, everyone ensured we had a flawless experience. Kudos to the whole team!” The attention to detail by Swastika, Moni, Olive, Dolly, Kung Subikshya, were incredible! Ladies even were remembered our drink's preferences! Jit, James, Khalid, Thoi, Binod were very professional and at the same time incredibly friendly! Julliet, Marlon and BeeJesh were great at not only managing the staff but also helping them during busy dinners. Exceptional service. During our two-week stay, we ordered several times for our 4-year-old son special meals. Sharifa is a chef and she was master at fulfilling our son's cravings. Freda was the absolute master of pasta. The meals prepared by Sageeska were full of flavor and very tasty. Breakfasts were delicious, lunches fantastic, and dinners excellent. Interacting with the staff and getting to know them by name was a pleasure! We greatly appreciate the family atmosphere. Exceptional service! Best service in the pool bar. Best wishes for the lifeguard team. It was a great experience all together in this hotel.
