Al Ain stay
Good: The hotel’s location was perfect, the cleanliness was good, and the play area was nice.
Bad: Unfortunately, the furniture was old, and they charged extra for additional blankets, pillows, and even the Wi-Fi. When i changed the stay days they charged extra for each night of my stay.

Good place I would recommend it to others

A spacious staycation, will opt in Winter season. April month was a bad choice.
Good: The proximity to Jabel Hafeet and many food joints are within 20 minutes drive.

Huge and amazing chalet. Absolutely loved the location.
Good: I absolutely loved the chalet and the location. The entire area is. very peaceful. And the staff is very helpful and attentive. Although they are managing a very large area, their responsiveness to any request was quick with attention to detail.
Bad: The chalet had a full-fledged kitchen but the kitchen itself had limited accessories in terms of cookware.

Our stay at Green Mubazzarah Chalets was a peaceful and refreshing experience. The check-in process was straightforward—upon arrival, we had to go to the reception, where we submitted our documents and received the key. A refundable security deposit of AED 200 was collected at check-in, which was smoothly refunded during checkout. The key had the chalet’s location printed as a QR code, but unfortunately, it was too small for an iPhone to read. Enlarging the QR code would make navigation easier. Inside the complex, security gates ensure privacy and safety. The chalet itself was spacious and private, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, with the soothing sounds of birds adding to the experience. While in-house food options are limited, Talabat and Smiles deliveries are available. However, Careem Food does not cover this area, so planning meals in advance is recommended. For activities, there are rental options: • Bicycles for AED 25 • Electric scooters for AED 50 WiFi 50 Aed which sounds awkward. Overall, Green Mubazzarah Chalets offer a serene getaway with basic amenities. A few improvements, like a larger QR code for the chalet location and minimum maintenance like doors and taps would enhance the experience. Photos attached for reference.

The calm atmosphere and sense of privacy made it feel like a true retreat, allowing us to unwind and escape the stresses of daily life. It was a home away from home, where every detail was thoughtfully curated to enhance our comfort and enjoyment. Basith and his team made an indelible impression with their friendliness and attentive service. Evidently, they take great pride in their work and ensuring guests have a memorable stay. One of the most noteworthy aspects of our stay was the extraordinary effort the chalet staff put into helping us when our car unexpectedly broke down. In an area where securing a taxi can be quite challenging, the staff stepped in to assist us immediately. They helped us book a taxi and generously offered us the use of their company vehicle to ensure we could continue our travels without disruption. Their willingness to go above and beyond exemplified their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, turning a potentially stressful situation into a manageable one.
