I have been a member there for years; it’s a beautiful place, and I feel that the improvement is very noticeable—especially after the outstanding coach Suwar joined. Everything has become excellent in terms of organization, cleanliness, and activities.

Good: Very comfortable! Good bed, Good shower, Good towels! I had a great night! My son enjoyed a lot the playground near the swimming pool! I really like the Heatear from the swimming pool! Especially for the winter season!

It's amazing for chilling out and relaxation but the lunch buffet is veeeeeery bad

Good: I stayed for 2 nights, wonderful property with good location. All al ain attractions are nearby. Morning breakfast is also amazing. I opted for room with pool view. Amazing room.

Good: Katrina made our check-in experience very special with her welcoming smile. She made everything start with the right foot. She gave us an upgrade, as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The room we stayed had a wonderful pool view. The Arabesque restaurant manager was also great and helped us enytime we needed something. The pool was well maintained and the water cristal clear. The gardens green and clean. At check-out, Faye was also very attentive.
Bad: In the breakfast, the juices were not fresh ones, which would have been better. The dinner options in the buffet are mainly Arabic and Indian, while an international buffet would be better.
