Family friendly especially if you have small kids
Good: It's is family friendly. We had a 3 year old . She enjoyed the faimily pool and kids play area. We booked a one b ed room suite. It was very spacious and had kitchen as well.
Bad: The valet parking could be improved a little. When we arrived there was no one around to take the car. But someone came in a couple of minutes. There was renovation going on. It wasn't very noisy but we still could hear a little bit of noise. But I am guessing it will be gone once the renovation is complete

Staff are very friendly from front desk , arabsque restaurant staff, pool staff, life guard till the housekeeping. Only security guards are not helping. We have a PWD they did not even dare to help us in loading our patient while watching us. Stayed in: Standard Hafeet Room Stay length: 1 night(s)

Great Resort for Family staycation.
Good: Ambience and greenry. Kids love the swimming pool.
Bad: Kids club was closed. Pool time should be increased in the evening

It need maintenance and upgrade.
Good: The pool is attractive. The food we ate at resort for breakfast and dinner buffet was good.
Bad: The bed. It’s Matress springs we’re old and loose. Sleep was too uncomfortable with pain in back due to bad posture by spring. Leaking shower mixer valve flooding the bathroom.

Good: Great pools and great fitness rooms. Remote location for relaxing stay. Overall pretty fancy hotel. Got super cheap price due to ongoing renovations.
Bad: Renovations ongoing as some rooms / equipment have become rather old. Without discounts very pricey. People partying next door with very loud music for most of the night. Extra fees for bouncy castles.

The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and extremely cozy, making me feel at home right away. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made a difference and added a special touch to the stay. The location was excellent, close to important places and easy to access. The facilities were top-notch, including the restaurant, which offered delicious food with great variety. Overall, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and luxurious. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.

A great place to stay in Al Ain.
Good: Clean spacious rooms with decent size balconies. Excellent facilities, including an almost Olympic length heated pool, sauna and gym. Helpful staff. Ample on-site parking, easy access to the Mezyut border post.
Bad: We stayed there on two separate nights, just before and after a driving holiday in Oman. The first time we had the excellent and lavish buffet, but on the return trip we decided to go a la carte, ordering only one main dish each, despite their being practically the same price as the entire buffet. This turned out to be a mistake as the food took almost an hour to arrive. Had we been warned in advance of the huge lead time needed for a la carte orders we would have gone for the buffet. To be fair, the end products were freshly prepared, well presented and tasty, which suggests that the kitchen takes such orders seriously.

All good and when I not happy with the room already provided, I did a call to the reception and immediately changed to a
Good: Staff behaviour and good breakfast. Good for family and children’s enjoyed the lot the pool.
Bad: Nothing in specific.

Good: Got upgraded to a suite and it was huge. Suite was very comfortable and had great balcony views. Staff was very friendly as well.
Bad: Setting the temperature to a desired number was high. Room was too cold and we struggled with it.

Nice hotel near to towncentre.we got view jabel hafeet moutain and my kids love this place.They had an amazing swimming pool.Hotel staffs are very friendly and good.

Our family had an absolutely delightful stay at this resort. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the entire environment feels safe and family-friendly. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and play areas, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and professional. I want to give a special mention to the valet parking staff member, Saman. Overall, a perfect place for a relaxed family getaway. We look forward to returning!
