Good hospitality from receptionist Ms.Maysa. Can be active access to all kids play zones

Good: Very clean, very friendly especially Katrina, Maysa abd Romani. Wonderful Area with good Food and Entertainment

Bad: I reached the hotel at 01:50 before check in time at 02:00 but I received my room cards around 03:10 and i need to spend more than 1 hour in the lobby, also i can hear noise from the next room and was loud enough to wake me up sometime

Bad: Check In was really surprised me it took more than one hour

It was good stay, Mrs Katrina was amazing and overall everyone in the hotel was great. The pools and other amenities are amazing. We came with our new born and they had provided rooms that ensure it sufficiently quite.

I have been a member there for years; it’s a beautiful place, and I feel that the improvement is very noticeable—especially after the outstanding coach Suwar joined. Everything has become excellent in terms of organization, cleanliness, and activities.

Perfect stay for the family!
Good: Very comfortable! Good bed, Good shower, Good towels! I had a great night! My son enjoyed a lot the playground near the swimming pool! I really like the Heatear from the swimming pool! Especially for the winter season!
