Perfect Location and Excellent Staff
I had a wonderful stay at Danat surrounded by great facilities. The staff are usually magnificent and proactively helpful. On this occasion, Ms. Faye who was at the reception stood and provided me with wonderful customer service. The location of the hotel speaks for itself, slightly removed from the normal hustle and bustle of Al Ain city, yet close to every that makes for the perfect visit to a great town-like city. Lovely stay with our family
Good: We had a really lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised with an complementary room upgrade on arrival. It felt like a real treat and made the stay extra special. The food throughout our stay was excellent. Breakfast and dinner offered a great variety and everything was fresh and very tasteful. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours swimming and playing. We’d definitely return.

Great service

Just great hotel for the weekend escape, especially for families with young kids. There are several swimming pools and playground. Gym is just great along with a sport activities and football field. Breakfast is really delicious. We enjoyed a lot, looking forward to come back soon.

I always stay at Danat Al Ain Resort when I visit Al Ain and I will never switch!
Good: The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and spacious. At the front desk, Ms. Maysa was very helpful, kind and considerate. The breakfast items need improvement.

Good: Katrina made our check-in experience very special with her welcoming smile. She made everything start with the right foot. She gave us an upgrade, as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The room we stayed had a wonderful pool view. The Arabesque restaurant manager was also great and helped us enytime we needed something. The pool was well maintained and the water cristal clear. The gardens green and clean. At check-out, Faye was also very attentive.
Bad: In the breakfast, the juices were not fresh ones, which would have been better. The dinner options in the buffet are mainly Arabic and Indian, while an international buffet would be better.

Good: Everything went well. we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Special thanks to Ms. Faye and Ms. Katrina for attending our needs.
Bad: Dinner has very less selection but nevertheless the manger at the restaurant assisted us and provided our request.
