We recently celebrated our son’s 2nd birthday at Danat Al Ain Resort. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, our stay had its ups and downs. Upon arrival, we noticed cleanliness issues in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The room was spacious and comfortable but showed signs of wear, particularly with the carpet and sofa. The bathroom and hallway carpets could benefit from renovation. On a positive note, our little one thoroughly enjoyed the kid-friendly pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast offered limited options, possibly to minimize food waste, but the quality was good. Overall, while the resort has potential and the staff’s hospitality stood out, some updates to the facilities would enhance the guest experience.

My experience was good and the staff was friendly... Most importantly the swimming pool was well organized as kids pool, family pool and swimmers pool with lanes which was good 👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Danat Al Ain Resort, It was a great experience , the hospitality and service were excellent. The staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every interaction, from check-in to room service, reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction.

Buffet breakfast not as good. Egg items was more like Scrumbled egg, Omlete,veg Omlete, Boiled egg.

Bad: Room service is very late. There was no single towels in the room and washroom and we call the room service and they served after one hour and we had to wait till the towels comes for get freshen. Other wise everything is fine.

really great place, was shocked at the rooms and how comfy and spacious they were. made many memories at the pool and loved swimming in the Olympic pool. the entire property was gorgeous and the garden areas made me feel like i should've bought a mat and basket for a mini picnic. overall, loved it and highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel! We stayed here for the first time, and although our trip was short, we will definitely come back for a longer stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We were very pleased — thank you for the warm welcome!

I wouldn't consider this to be a 5 star category tbh, it felt more like a 3 or 4 star. The housekeeping service was extremely slow. We had booked a pool facing view room and we were allotted a room from where the pool was hardly seen, we asked them to change our room and waited almost 30 minutes for the staff to come to pick up our baggage and shift us to the new room, finally we did it ourselves as nobody would show up. Food is okay, no staff during the dinner time in the restaurant for the service or hospitality. Please work on your staff and hospitality. The front desk was good, rooms were spacious, valet service was available, pool options were good including the jacuzzi. Everything for everyone. The kids pool is pretty small with only 1 slide, however i appreciate that the lifeguards were available at every given point of time around all the 3 pools. Overall decent experience!
