Bad: Breakfast is expensive if you relate it to quality and variety, you need to upgrade it. The room cleaners are slow and I asked for towels and water as I wanted to shower the cleaner never showed up.

It was our first time to stay at this hotel and it was wonderful... Ms. Faye at the reception was very helpful and cooperative.. she explained everything in details about the stay... there were lot of activities at the hotel... Highly recommended 👌

One of the best options to stay in Alain..

Went there woth family in Jan 25 last week. It was a great drive and location is very calm n beautiful. Very quick room check in. Amazing facility and amazing staff. Dinner had good options but less in breakfast Some staff paid attention to guests requirements. Would like to specially mention below staff for their outstanding service. Mr. Anushka- life guard. He was very attentive and very helping. From Kitchen- Mr. Ahmed and chef Mohammed and Nantu. Thanku team for making my stay memorable and sending piece of cake for my anniversary.

It's a very good hotel, especially the breakfast was very good. The rooms are good with a nice view and a good place to relax near the pool.

Bad: There is no proper description of the swimming pool. Although outside directions are mentioned, when you reach the spot, there is only a reception; there are no signboards unless you ask for them.

Good: Our stay was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities, especially the pool and spa, were top-notch. A big thank you to Ms. Jean from the back office and Mr. Asela for their exceptional service. To the Sri Lankan community, we highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation with outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning!
