This was my second time staying here, and the experience was disappointing compared to my last visit. It’s only worth staying once for a vacation.

Good: I stayed for 2 nights, wonderful property with good location. All al ain attractions are nearby. Morning breakfast is also amazing. I opted for room with pool view. Amazing room.

Good: Katrina made our check-in experience very special with her welcoming smile. She made everything start with the right foot. She gave us an upgrade, as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. The room we stayed had a wonderful pool view. The Arabesque restaurant manager was also great and helped us enytime we needed something. The pool was well maintained and the water cristal clear. The gardens green and clean. At check-out, Faye was also very attentive.
Bad: In the breakfast, the juices were not fresh ones, which would have been better. The dinner options in the buffet are mainly Arabic and Indian, while an international buffet would be better.

Bad: Sounds at night from pub and nearby room separated by a door was annoying. Some of rides for kids are chargeable which is not informed prior or no notice at location
