Receptionist
My request was declined by one of the receptionists, even though her coworker had already confirmed it for me. We were very disappointed with the service. Additionally, the way she handled the situation felt quite rude and unprofessional. Stayed in: Deluxe Room Stay length: 3 night(s)

Good: At reception Mahsa was amazing and v helpful
Bad: The hygiene of workers in food and beverages - hotel should offer a strong training on that aspect

Good: The bed was very comfortable and the quality of food was great. We enjoyed the pool
Bad: The changing facilities were quite cramped. The room was quite close to the nightclub which was loud at night. The view from the window included many air-conditioning machines and these were loud.

Quiet, scenic yet very central location in Alain
Good: The location is the highlight. Calm and serene surroundings. Yet very close to anything in Al Ain. Just what you want from a stay there. Breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly and plenty of parking available too. They have large pool and a decent area to walkabout within the property.
Bad: Unfortunately we had some inconsiderate neighbours who watched loud Bollywood movies late into the night and kids were playing loud. Can’t blame the property for this but I wish they had a slightly better sound proof rooms. Walls are paper thin, everything designed to make loud noises even if you try to close the door quietly it would close with a bang.

It was a nice short stay. Thank you for my son’s cake.

Good hotel has a lot of potential but needs some improvements
Good: Great location and beautiful surroundings. Has decent amenities and rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a great size.
Bad: The service needs some serious work. Finding staff was at times near impossible. Valet was very slow and as a result our car actually got damaged due to cars being parked so close together; at breakfast despite being one of the first to arrive we couldn’t find someone to help us with tea and coffee. Finally on check out we called multiple times for a trolley to help with our bags and after 45 mins actually gave up and took them down ourselves.

Hotel is nice and location is great , the food is very goof not lot of options but value for money General is good food but need some variety and the services is great

Little Old but All the essential amenities for a comfortable stay
A serene stay away from the noise and rush of daily life.

Wonderful place with a great atmosphere and incredibly kind staff. The food is absolutely amazing and everything was perfect. Special thanks to Romany and Mark for their excellent service—they truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended!
