We had a truly wonderful stay at Danat Al Ain Resort while celebrating our anniversary, and it exceeded all our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Katerina from the Front Office for her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. She made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Our sincere appreciation also goes to the Housekeeping Team for keeping Room 604 spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Every detail was taken care of with great attention. The team at Arabesque Restaurant deserves special recognition for the outstanding breakfast and dinner experience. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and every meal was enjoyable. A big thank you to the Pool & Beach Bar Team for their friendly service and refreshing drinks, as well as the Pool Maintenance Team for maintaining such a clean and beautiful pool area. Finally, our deepest gratitude goes to Mr. Raja for making our anniversary so special. His kindness, care, and exceptional hospitality created unforgettable memories for us. Thank you to the entire Danat Al Ain Resort team for an amazing experience. Good: All the staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, and the place was quite peaceful.

What can I say? They welcomed me right at the hotel entrance; the staff were wonderful and handled the check-in process quickly. The room was comfortable and overlooked the pool, and the children really enjoyed swimming. Thank you

The girl at the reception was very good and helpful.

Bad: We had a very disappointing experience this morning at around 10:00 AM at the pool. The lifeguard approached us and told us that the clothes we were wearing were not allowed in the pool. We completely respect the rules of the facility, and if those are the rules, we have no problem following them. However, what confused us is that yesterday, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we were swimming wearing the same clothes, and no one told us there was any issue. Everything was fine, and we had a wonderful time. The main issue was not the rule itself, but the way the lifeguard spoke to us. She was rude and not polite. When I tried to explain that we had been allowed to swim the previous day, she did not listen or respond respectfully. My wife and I came all the way from Dubai to relax and enjoy our stay, but unfortunately this interaction ruined our morning. We hope the staff can communicate with guests in a more respectful and professional manner while applying the rules consistently.

We have had one of the best experience at this hotel, That was only for one day, but we have sit for more than five days and hope to come back soon. Mr. Omar has been a great help and a kind person.
