Nice hotel, great potential, too bad they commercialised it so much to access the pool, but I guess they might need more

We had a wonderful time at Danat Al Ain. Even though it was a short vacation, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dinner was excellent — both the food and the service were outstanding. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide more drinking water in the suites. For a family of four, only two 250 ml bottles were available, which wasn’t sufficient. It would be more convenient if additional water bottles could be placed in the room in advance, so we don’t have to call and request them.

Great stay with minor issues
Good, bathroom a little old, friendly staff, but there were noise from a connecting room beside us we could here the full phone call and music so poor privacy, pool was great, kids had a great time, food is fantastic as well. Stayed in: Deluxe Twin Stay length: 1 night(s)

The experience was really good. From checking in to out overall it was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good (breakfast was really good and better than the dinner). The ambience of the hotel was nice specially near the pool area and was spacious. Availability of the steam bath, sauna and the jacuzzi was good as well. Being a Sri Lankan it was nice to see lots of Sri Lankan staff.

Amazing stay, stuff is extremelly polite and very professional. They allowed us to stay on the swimming pool during the day because of our late departure even tough we checked out. Room service was amazing, the guy who is cleaning the rooms was always there with a smile and asking if we need anything. My card didnt work so he opened the room for me and went down to bring me a new one.

Loved the place, the rooms and also the service from every staff.

The best service that you can get at a resort, really good receptionists , housekeepers , facilities , clean and comfortable rooms, i really recommend this resort if you are trying to visit Al Ain.

Good: Had a great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but what stood out most was the service. Special thanks to Ms. Faye and Ms. Katrina for their kindness and amazing hospitality—they really made my visit extra special. Highly recommend!

We had a great Anniversary staycation in here. Starting from the reservation staff Miss Jean till the house keeping staff Asela and Shehan, all the staffs were incredible and honorable. We highly recommend this place for a perfect staycation. Thank you and will see you again 🥰😍
