We were here last Christmas! It is a fantastic getaway! The rooms are comfy, the pools are refreshing, good breakfast and the staff is super friendly. Great place to relax and unwind with family or friends.

We had an amazing stay in this resort for our anniversary. The hospitality we received there will make us go back for sure! Mrs Mary handled professionally a small incident once we checked in and she took care to receive a delicious cake for our celebration. The breakfast and dinner buffet are of an amazing variety. The chef Sujit offered us details regarding the dishes, that was such a detail! The staff is smiling, they're very helpful and they go extra mile to offer an enhanced experience.

Seriously those people deserve a medal for their way of acting professionally and friendly! Starting from the reciption staff ! Restaurant, pool !!! Spa ! …. Everyone is smiling and trying to go extra mile for you to ensure your happiness… The receptionist knew that yesterday was my anniversary… she sent me q very nice cake … Thank uuu NOW ! Let me tell you about the overall experience … i booked 3 days half board .. and I had to checkout the next day !!! The hotel had this policy that for weekdays they had limited dinner buffet !!! And when i booked the hotel through them btw ! They haven’t told me about this ! And ended up having Shawerma and some pickles for dinner ! The dinner there is just a joke !! I don’t know how they are rated as a 5 stars hotel with such buffet! I had to order food at night because my kids were still hungry! Swimming pool is very nice Rooms ! I can give it 8/10 … rooms are nice! But i chose a deluxe room! And I don’t think this is supposed to be a deluxe room for a 5 stars hotel !! I couldn’t feel that at all ! Plus …. I could hear the room beside me Clearly!! All night i was Annoyed by music and shouting from the room beside me .. To be honest! My kids loved the hotel ! They had an enjoyable time !! But I won’t go back again to be honest:)

Good: The family pool, breakfast, room size, and in room dining services.
Bad: The guest service agent Mohammed at the front desk really needs to work on his customer experience skills. Zero common sense and empathy skills. No efforts to even make eye contact to welcome a guest who was standing for a good 10min. Thanks to the reception manager who supported us while checking in and resolving the issue. The balcony was full of dust and bird poop. Haven't been clean in a while. Room carpets full of stains and the AC in the living space stinks. Cleaning needs to be checked, and the rooms really need upgrading of interior.

We spent our EID break at the Danat Al Ain Resort with four family friends and had an amazing experience. From the seamless online booking process facilitated by Haider to the smooth and supportive check-in handled by Cyrel, the entire staff's service was exceptional. The property is beautiful with clean spacious rooms and good amenities. The staff's service was outstanding, making us feel welcomed and valued. The buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, catering to all tastes. Good service, friendly and accomodating staff
We had a fun stay, all staff are friendly and accomodating, only the thing is the toilet drainage smells, though the cleaner came immediately when we complained, it still smells after cleaning, but aside from that, service is great ❤️

Value for money
Group of 4 families, children enjoyed the pool, we received complimentary cakes for the birthday celebrants, plus room was upgraded to pool view! Amazing!
