I wouldn't consider this to be a 5 star category tbh, it felt more like a 3 or 4 star. The housekeeping service was extremely slow. We had booked a pool facing view room and we were allotted a room from where the pool was hardly seen, we asked them to change our room and waited almost 30 minutes for the staff to come to pick up our baggage and shift us to the new room, finally we did it ourselves as nobody would show up. Food is okay, no staff during the dinner time in the restaurant for the service or hospitality. Please work on your staff and hospitality. The front desk was good, rooms were spacious, valet service was available, pool options were good including the jacuzzi. Everything for everyone. The kids pool is pretty small with only 1 slide, however i appreciate that the lifeguards were available at every given point of time around all the 3 pools. Overall decent experience!

We spent two nights at Danat Hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The room was clean, well-organized, and had a beautiful view. The reception team—both the guys and the ladies—were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Ms. Karina for her outstanding support and helpfulness. On the downside, the service at Arabesque Restaurant was disappointing and not up to a 3-star standard. The buffet lacked variety, and refilling the missing items took too long. Food quality was average at best. At both dinner and breakfast, we were surprised that no staff member asked for our room number or whether we had paid—basic procedures that were completely overlooked. That said, the hotel itself is wonderful and definitely worth staying for at least two nights.

Perfect place to stay in Al Ain
Danat AL Ain resort was a perfect delight to stay. the property is very beautiful, rooms are very comfortable, clean and luxurious. staff is very nice and hospitable. Pool is absolutely fun for both adults and kids. Food and breakfast was very delicious and reasonable rates for such a property. Definitely recommended. Good: Facilities are good, especially the pool and gym. Love to spend a few more days and visit again. The room is decent size, and the toilet cleanliness is acceptable.
Bad: Overall we are satisfied but the noise proof is below my expectations. Cleanliness can be better and still acceptable for the standard of this hotel.
