Good: The size of our suite was amazing. The staff were sweet and helpful. The food was good. The 2 gyms were really well equipped.
Bad: Understaffed. We felt sorry for the staff, they were so overwhelmed but were really trying their best. But way too understaffed.the inside of the Arabesque restaurant needs renovations especially. Sunbeds need an upgrade.

We loved the fact they let us check in early because of our special needs daughter, was very kind of them. The facilities are great and staff wonderful, rooms are clean but a little on the small side for twin beds but still manageable if your label to get the room at a good price when on offer. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble as long as it was allowed! Excellent food and service in the Irish Bar in the evening and the Pool bar at lunch. When we told the towel man at the signed entrance to the swimming pool area that the route, all around and up and down through the hotel, was not easily accessible, he, immediately, showed us a more accessible route. Much better! After the Israeli/American attack on Iran this hotel became a haven of peace for many families of many nations. Plus us two wrinklies! A very eclectic hotel with some lovely Middle Eastern touches. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Good: outside areas are excellent - pool, garden, trees etc., really in nature. Food is also very, very good (we were there during Ramadan, so excellent Iftar etc). Really recommended overall!

The room is great and clean but four stars because I think the pool needs some maintenance and needs to be warmer it’s freezing when the air is cold. Also honestly the food in arabica isn’t the best I think they need to improve it and rethink what they serve most of the foods we tried where cold, the next days we just order food from delivery apps.Also if you have allergy’s or you can’t eat certain foods they don’t really provide that or maybe they just ran out? But wish they had more dairy free milks and a wider variety of foods other than Arabic food. Arabic food is nice but I don’t want to eat it everyday. Room service food is good tho but again needs more international options. Overall this place is fun, relaxing and comfy. Also Al vin our room cleaner is very good at his job, respectful and considerate also kind he’s doing great! 😊 the hotel reception staff are also very friendly and kind also the people who take the bags up to room and the security not sure what his name is also feeds a cat and the other workers there. that cat is soo cute it really adds a charm to the hotel and makes it look even more welcoming and friendly 💕

Good hotel has a lot of potential but needs some improvements
Good: Great location and beautiful surroundings. Has decent amenities and rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a great size.
Bad: The service needs some serious work. Finding staff was at times near impossible. Valet was very slow and as a result our car actually got damaged due to cars being parked so close together; at breakfast despite being one of the first to arrive we couldn’t find someone to help us with tea and coffee. Finally on check out we called multiple times for a trolley to help with our bags and after 45 mins actually gave up and took them down ourselves.

Thank you so much Danat for your warm welcome. I want to appreciate Katherine in front office for assisting us with smooth check in and arranging baby cot to our room. Special thanks also to Maysa for easy check us and she even gave a more time to stay by the pool after we checked out. The green environment is child friendly and they have alot of amenities to choose from. I highly recommend Danat if you’re looking for a nice stay with the family. Looking forward to coming back.
