went to have a dinner at arabseque and it was amazing, the taste of bbq was a bit bland but overall service was amazing! hats of to the waiter called baussam!

Fair stay
We booked Executive Suite, unfortunately certain numbers of visitors were not allowed. Room has low ceiling, I didn’t actually liked the ambiance. Living room a bit crowded with the dinning area. Balcony not safe for small kids. Breakfast was mostly Indian and Arabic cuisine. On the other hand, It has kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave which is great. And pool is very likable. had a pleasant stay on 10 th april 2026 celebrating my wedding on the ballroom. every thing was amazing and exceeding expectation above the top limit. rooms are clean , food was amazing and organization of the ballroom was very nice. i enjoyed my special day at Danat Alain. would like to send special thanks to Mr.Shahidul for his full support from selecting the date and organize the ballroom from A to Z he was checking and updating me step by step on my special day. Another special thanks for Ms.Maysa from front desk for her warm welcoming and pleasant support for selecting the room. The amiri suite was super nice and even the another room provided was nice. thanks you Danat Alain team for making my special day as a great memory.

Bad: The carpets in the halls were the rooms are too old. Facilities in the rooms are too old but all in working condition

We stayed here for our honeymoon for 2 nights.Our room had a kitchen it was like a hotel apartment where you can cook and wash your clothes.Greatplace, clean room, great service as well. The pool was undermaintenance when we came. However if your looking for a peace,calm and child friendly hotel you might consider this resort.

What a wonderful stay we had during one of the most difficult times in our lives. We were here during the regional conflict, and the entire team made us feel truly welcome and safe. The hotel Duty Manager, Akram, was an outstanding professional. We saw how calmly and efficiently he managed the hotel during the flood. He quickly resolved all the water issues so effectively that we never felt it was a risk. He was always there for all the families, handling everything smoothly and happily it felt like magic. The hospitality we experienced was excellent. From breakfast to the big chef and the gentleman making the omelettes everyone was simply fabulous. This hotel truly deserves an award for managing crises and making every guest feel warm and cared for, even in the most challenging situations. In our opinion, it is the best in the UAE when it comes to handling crises. We especially loved the beautiful kids’ pool (two of them!), the Starbucks (with great staff like Cameron and the lovely Filipino ladies), the big garden where the children could play and we could walk, the friendly cats for petting, the shop, the Olympic-sized pool, and most importantly the amazing staff. We are definitely coming back and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and welcoming place that truly feels like home.

Receptionist
My request was declined by one of the receptionists, even though her coworker had already confirmed it for me. We were very disappointed with the service. Additionally, the way she handled the situation felt quite rude and unprofessional. Stayed in: Deluxe Room Stay length: 3 night(s)

Good: At reception Mahsa was amazing and v helpful
Bad: The hygiene of workers in food and beverages - hotel should offer a strong training on that aspect

Good: The bed was very comfortable and the quality of food was great. We enjoyed the pool
Bad: The changing facilities were quite cramped. The room was quite close to the nightclub which was loud at night. The view from the window included many air-conditioning machines and these were loud.

Quiet, scenic yet very central location in Alain
Good: The location is the highlight. Calm and serene surroundings. Yet very close to anything in Al Ain. Just what you want from a stay there. Breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly and plenty of parking available too. They have large pool and a decent area to walkabout within the property.
Bad: Unfortunately we had some inconsiderate neighbours who watched loud Bollywood movies late into the night and kids were playing loud. Can’t blame the property for this but I wish they had a slightly better sound proof rooms. Walls are paper thin, everything designed to make loud noises even if you try to close the door quietly it would close with a bang.

It was a nice short stay. Thank you for my son’s cake.

Good hotel has a lot of potential but needs some improvements
Good: Great location and beautiful surroundings. Has decent amenities and rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a great size.
Bad: The service needs some serious work. Finding staff was at times near impossible. Valet was very slow and as a result our car actually got damaged due to cars being parked so close together; at breakfast despite being one of the first to arrive we couldn’t find someone to help us with tea and coffee. Finally on check out we called multiple times for a trolley to help with our bags and after 45 mins actually gave up and took them down ourselves.

Hotel is nice and location is great , the food is very goof not lot of options but value for money General is good food but need some variety and the services is great
