Our favourite in Al Ain
Good: Always very good, we are repeat visitors. Great food, lovely staff, easily the best place in Al Ain for our family.
Bad: Not all of the pool area was open because of storm damage, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Exceptional
Good: Professional and friendly stuffs. clean room. Excellent breakfast

Good: Bathroom and beds good, balcony nice
Bad: Water in the room used before, no fridge, swimming pool not so clean and the big one closed for maintenance and also jacuzzi closed

Good: i liked the Room ., because there is no access for amenities in the night and all the amenities are under maintenance breakfast is good.
Bad: cleanliness in the corridor area towards the pool entrance., All the pools were under maintenance and it was mentioned after the booking is done and couldnt change the dates of my booking.

Good: many of the facilities were closed for renovation. They took 3 hour to give us our rooms as we got it at 5 p.m. even though we had paid in advance and reached the hotel at 1.00 p.m.
Bad: Staff were very friendly specially the lifegurds

Excellent property and lovely staff. No hesitation to recommend this place for a family stay. Only negative is that poor breakfast. Quality of the food was terrible.

The hotel was previously Intercontinental. However, I believe no major refurbishment has taken place thereafter. The hotel staff were helpful but still had less idea on how to manage the peak rush hours during the holidays. Rooms are big and spacious but the washrooms are very old style and needs change. Food had variety but no taste and was cold the staff had no idea that the food is cold and not enjoyable. I would rate an overall 3 out 5. Room type: Deluxe Room (Oasis)

Good: My stay at Danay Resort was perfect. The room service and staff were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
Bad: The suhoor buffet could have been better otherwise the stay was Good.

Staying at the Danat is the best experience you can have. The treatment is friendly, polite, and above all familiar, the security guys, the pool team, the house keepers, all of them are top notch.

It was an amazing experience we had in Mc gettiingamse.. the team is very accommodative .. special thanks to Michelle, Sunil and Navameeth… thank you guys… even they provided food from the room service which is an exceptional case as the outlet kitchen was closed… kudos to the team. Will be back for sure ..

Unfortunately, the main pool, which used to be the hotel attraction, is closed and 2 other smaller pools are closed as well. The only opened pool was crowded with people swimming in an inappropriate swimming clothes. Full dresses, almost complete Saries and this was tolerated by the Management.

Good: The staff were courteous, the property was clean.
Bad: 2 out of 3 pools were under maintenance on a peak vacation season.

We went to Danat Al Ain and stayed on 6th April 2024. The place was good with lots of activities - swimming pool, steam , sauna, ice water plunge. The food was good, both Dinner and Break fast. Don't miss the break fast at Danat Al Ain. The staff Awab, Moustafa and Maysa were very friendly. The reservation team is good , especially Ziafat Abbasi was very supportive during our booking process to stay at Danat

If they enhance the dinner area and concentrate on continental option rather than Arabic only
Good: The staff is very good The managers and the boy waiters are very good They helped me in arranging meal for my son who was unwell .Manager Osama and other name I have forgotten are very cooperative.They arranged vegetarian food for me too. The staff boys Pakistani guy name starting with H ..very nice
Bad: The dinner and breakfast area is very small ..look needs improvement and veg options In dinner very minimal.

My stay at Danat Al Ain Resort, Abu Dhabi, was amazing! The staff were friendly, the amenities were top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised with a special touch for our anniversary. Big thanks to Mr. Arwin at the front desk for his assistance. Can't wait to come back!
