The service was commendable, with particular praise for the quality of the food and the exceptional performance of the galley staff. However, there is a clear opportunity for improvement in the professionalism of the reception team. Regarding the accommodations, the smoking rooms on the 8th floor presented an unsatisfactory experience due to unpleasant odors and outdated furnishings and decor. In contrast, the non-smoking rooms were found to be well-appointed, clean, and pleasantly scented. They have a sufficient amount of car parking available. **The rooms are not equipped with an iron, ironing board, or a hairdryer. A prayer mat is also unavailable. Come on !!

The stay was really worth the price. I didn’t expect much because the price was very less. But surprisingly everything was really worth it. Room service, reception staff to the pool guard, everyone was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a last minute budget stay where you will not get disappointed! This was the worst experience I’ve had at this hotel.
My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room lighting was extremely poor and insufficient, which negatively impacted the overall comfort. Additionally, the valet parking service was below expectations and inefficient. Despite paying for this service, I received a parking fine for not settling MAWAQIF fees. The hotel assured me that they would cover the fine and provide compensation; however, these commitments were not honored. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I book last week Saturday here in Novel. The receptionist Filipina lady is not accomodating and not pleasant the way she approach same with the Filipino guy. And also the Room Service is very poor, i'm trying to call them using the phone inside the room but no one responding. The amenities is not complete!! Very very poor service.
