Excellent stay at Novel Hotel I had a very comfortable stay at Novel Hotel for 6 days. The room was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Adeel for his outstanding support. From the moment I checked in, he was very professional, polite, and helpful, making sure everything was taken care of. His service truly made my stay pleasant and hassle-free. I highly recommend Novel Hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again

Adeel was very charming and helpful. He called a cab for us and helped us with information about busy tours etc. A credit to the hotel staff

Good: breakfast was good.
Bad: I was given a tiny room with one bed and horrible condition. I said that's not what I booked and that's not what's in the pictures provided by the hotel online. Then I was given another room, not great, but just fine. I was not happy! The view was horrible.

Novel Hotel leaves a very positive impression from the first visit. The place is clean, well organized, and you can clearly feel the professionalism in the way guests are treated. The restaurant staff especially deserve great praise. They are polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I would like to highlight Pooja in particular — her performance at work is outstanding. She is professional, friendly, and makes guests feel truly welcome. Her positive attitude and dedication really make a difference in the overall experience.

Room was a little tired but I really can't fault the place otherwise (especially for the money). Lots of amenities (pool, gym, restaurants, barbers/salon), central location and very friendly/helpful staff. The bellhop (Adeel) was particularly accommodating.
