Bad attitude from one hostess, and dishonesty To deal with Custmers and deal with the look to severe , I was suffering every time to fell my glass , he must not work in this place giving bad reputation to the area, and inviting his friends to place he work at giving them the periority to serve and showing impolite finger sign in front of all “(next to my table)”

Very poor service from receptionist.one hour requesting for guest to entry.not allowed guest then inform before booking. Very sad about service

Everything good except if u call for a bottle of water they say ok but not getting anything 😔

Great service from Ferdouse housekeeping and also the guy kabayan receptionist. We have clean room and we enjoy our stay in this hotel. Really recommended and we come back again. Everything was excellent.

Ugrade Room Upon Checked-In
I love Novel hotel 💙🤍 First time staying and get an upgrade room into Deluxe Room from Standard Room . Thank you for Amin the Reception who checked-in me. He followed-up my request to move to better room category quickly. Can't wait to comeback to Novel Hotel in the next future ✨️😊

It was a short stay for us - just a couple of days. The hotel isn't great but for the price you pay - you get the best value for your money.

Best for vacation

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in total. The hotel was spotless, beds were comfy and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location and close to alot of shops. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice
Great place with very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and also quiet. Location is very nice because you are very close from all the buses to airport or main attractions and the free shuttle bus to many places comes right in front of the hotel.

Luxurious overnight hotel stay
Good: Not a planned hotel overnight stay but I was so excited for the quick check in on arrival, beautiful and spacious very clean room and bathroom well stocked with tea and coffee big water bottle to refresh my tired body after meditation in the Mall , comfortable bed with fresh and clean linen for a good night sleep

Amazing Hotel in Abu Dhabi
Novel Hotel is a very good hotel located in the center of the capital of the United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi. The prices in the hotel are very good, when I mean price and quality in one. There is a paid parking area around the hotel, which is convenient for people with cars. There are also many shops.

The staff is very kind and helpful. All our requests were readily fulfilled. Our room was nice and clean, very good value for money. The hotel is in the middle of the city, easy to go everywhere from there. You will find many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.

I had a wonderful restful 2 night stay, particularly enjoyed the pool and the new experience at the hotel bar. Great and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel. Conveniet location also with plenty of good food options incl supermarkets nearby.

We had a very good time here. The staff cared about our comfort. Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet and varied room service dishes. We visited the area a lot, so the location was attractive to us. Great swimming pool, depth up to 3 meters. There is also a nice pub here. I recommend this hotel.

We felt very good here. The room was large, clean and well-kept. Very comfortable mattress, we slept well. Everyone was very polite and took care of us. We enjoyed the meals in the restaurant. Good location, close to the bus stop and Corniche Road. Lots of shops and restaurants in this area.
