What a beautiful hotel to stay in. Location is very central to all shops , bar and restaurants. Easy access to various means of transportation. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Most especially Adeel Belboy who assisted me with my luggages in and out of my room. Enjoyed continental breakfast.

Hi there ! My name is Sabtain Ahmad and I was with my family in Novel when we checked out , I forgot my cash money in the drawer, they found it but I am living in Dubai and I don’t go to Abu Dhabi a lot when I requested the receptionist on call if they can transfer, she said they can’t and the money will be with them until I come . Now please tell me the possible solution for this . You should make things easier for customers . Sending money takes 1minutes only . Why they don’t transfer it straight away .

Mr Lee and the lobby staff were exceptional. Friendly, polite and helpful. They address to customer 's concern immediately. The restaurant staff is very professional. In my floor Rumesh was the head of house keeping, taking care of my room.
