Abu Dhabi's best location for me.
4th time. Always a pleasure to stay there. They treat you like somebody. Rooms, linens, bathrooms are clean and amenities are appreciated. Coffee, tea and water in room , complementary. Staff is accommodating with your requests, no matter how small.

Wonderful
Good: The rooms are average size and a bit dark. The mattress was comfortable enough. Everything worked well in the room. The downside to the hotel is the pool area. Also there's a problem with pigeons in the area. The restaurant in the pool area allowed smoking indoors. We didn't use it for that reason there is a nice gym here.
Bad: The hours for using the pool are very limited.

The hotel is quite good.
Good: The location is great if you want to visit the shopping malls and the sights. The bus stop is near the hotel and there’s also WTC mall 5-7 minutes from the property. Good breakfast
Bad: When we arrived, there weren’t any towels and slippers in our room, but when we asked, the stuff gave us everything we needed.

Wonderful
Good: It was the third time we stayed in Novel and again we were really pleased with how it was! Ferdouse took care of our room and made sure we always had everything we needed, we are incredibly grateful for his service! The rooms are always very clean and smell good, my parents-in-law even got a room upgrade for free.
Bad: The only thing that could be improved is the coldness of the rooms, because even after turning off the AC they still remain freezing for long, but apart from this we loved everything and we'll be back!
