Nice hotel in a good location
Good: It was a good hotel to stay at. They are also redoing the rooms etc so I’m sure it’ll be even nicer soon! Pool was nice, staff were nice. There’s a fantastic food hole-in-the-wall near a supermarket when you leave the hotel, turn left, left again and it’s across the road. They do amazing and very cheap samosas. We went back 3 times!!
Bad: A bit expensive but everything around here is. Not the property’s fault but just note there are a lot of males who stay here, which is obviously fine but I’d be a bit nervous as a solo female, so just good to know! Staff were incredibly lovely but only really talked to my partner and called him sir and honestly ignored me a lot, so just a note to recognise and respect women, too!

Bad: Car parking is not free. 30AED for car parking, especially on a country’s free parking Sunday. It looks like cheap but when you add parking fee, it’s the same price.

It was a very good experience staying at Novel Hotel City Center. The room was clean and nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Thanks to housekeeping, especially Biban Basnet, for keeping everything tidy and fresh. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Will definitely come back again!!

Rooms are quite clean and housekeeping service is also very good. Restaurant service is very good but veg. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, particularly @bibanbasnet as he was looking for our stay to be comfortable and relaxed.
