I must say that I am very satisfied with my stay here in Novel Hotel City Center. All crew and the place itself are very accomodating.

I stayed in 1606. Mr. Sali was a good help for making my room & addresses timely whenever there was a need

The hotel is good and accessible to everything, staff, specially the receptionists are very approachable and helpful.

Amazing experience!

Quiet hotel with friendly staff, great location, but overpriced food and drinks.
Good: The location is excellent — quiet yet central, with no traffic noise. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a calm and pleasant place to stay.
Bad: We had breakfast outside the hotel because the price of €9 per person was too high. The dinner price (€14 per person) also seemed expensive, as you can find much cheaper options nearby. Drinks, including a small bottle of water at the pool for 5 AED, were overpriced. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the standard double room had dated furniture, though it was still acceptable. At times, it was noisy in the hallway due to other guests. During Ramadan, there was an evening event (Iftar), so we couldn’t fully use the pool terrace that night.

The hotel location is excellent, in the middle of AbuDhabi and there is a main bus station infront of the hotel . The reception team are very helpful and professional, they can provide any assistance ontime. Smooth check in and check out . Wonderful stady and all the staff was very helpful especially RAWAN in the reception very helpful and she finsh all the checkin steps very quickly without any delay or mistake and she was very decent and friendly. Thank you so much
