Good: The Novel Hotel is what it is. Reasonably priced, great location, good restaurant options. I love the Beaujolais - never fails to impress! ( I was there at its opening 30 odd years ago). Rumours are it will be closed and replaced with yet another Indian Restaurant _ Please NO Restaurant China also excellent - thats why so many Chinese people eat there! Thank you Mrs Lee
Bad: Room a little dated but bearing in mind price perfectly acceptable Why doesn't the Opera coffee shop open for coffee in the morning??? - Just gives Starbucks the business!

Comfortable Solo Stay with Great Location
I stayed at Novel Hotel in Abu Dhabi for a solo trip and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a short stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, within easy reach of Corniche, shopping areas, and plenty of dining options. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and restaurants, were convenient and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d happily choose Novel Hotel again for future visits to Abu Dhabi.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable thanks to our house keeping Ferdouse offers all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and nice chat.

Bad: Ac, although cool, doesn't get cold. Furniture and interiors are pretty outdated. Something out of the 90's. Paid parking.

Poor isolation and bad food
Good location. Stuff very friendly. Rooms isolation very bad you can hear other people besides your room. Food is truly very bad.

Good but will reconsider other hotel next time
Good: The reception was so accommodating, my room was upgraded from Standard to De Luxe without extra fees as it has the same rate. I was allowed to check out also at 2pm since I have some important matter to attend to where I don’t need to worry about my things.
Bad: The shower seems old, no hair dryer and flat iron in the room. Room Service is not helpful when I asked to heat my food, they did not even bother to let me know it is not allowed, which I can understand. they just passed me to Housekeeping
