I hosted a seminar for 200 attendees at Hotel Novel Abu Dhabi, and I must say the arrangements exceeded my expectations. The banquet hall setup, coordination, and support from Mr Adel amd his dedicated team were excellent. Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. Truly a great experience. We’ve stayed at Novel City Center at least three times now, and it consistently delivers a friendly and welcoming experience. The staff are always very kind and helpful. The hotel itself isn’t brand new, and you can tell it has seen some wear, but it’s clean and comfortable. During our most recent stay, the pool area was under renovation, so that didn’t impact the experience this time. The breakfast is decent — it’s fine overall, but not particularly exciting or exceptional. The location is very convenient. There’s a large shopping mall nearby, along with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach is about a 30-minute walk or roughly 10 minutes by taxi. There’s also an airport bus stop close to the hotel, though we found that taking a taxi is generally more comfortable and convenient. Overall, this hotel offers solid value, great service, and a practical location — ideal if you plan to explore the city or just want a reliable place to return to.

Good: Nice room, staff were for the most part welcoming and helpful. Good location close to the Fort and the cultural centre.
Bad: The birds were playing around in the swimming pool when I used it. Felt the rate of approx £100 per night was quite expensive when it didn't even include breakfast.

It has been a wonderful stay at Novotel Al Bustan. Rehan made me feel well cared for, ensuring all my needs were met on time. Housekeeping cleaning is at a top level. I really enjoyed the front office; Eiei does a really good job whenever we approach her. The recreation team's Lara gives us a warm welcome with all our needs fulfilled.

My stay at this hotel was decent overall, with a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Unfortunately, No Free Parking, you need to pay for it either valet or public which demands time for available space. Anyways, the location was convenient and made it easy to get around, a walking distance park (Capital Park) and supermarkets. The staff were generally friendly and willing to help when needed. The room itself was clean and comfortable with high speed internet. Breakfast was good. Furthermore, while the basics were covered, a few details kept the experience from being truly great. Overall, this hotel delivered a solid stay, nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. For now, it’s a reliable mid-range option for a short visit.

Bad: The room was quite small & very dark. It was very expensive for what it was!

The room is so spotlessly tidy that it’s a delight to see. A huge thank you to Jem Late and Faruk for their meticulous cleaning—even the dust in the corners was wiped away, the bedding was changed quickly and neatly, and the sink was polished to a shine. Not only are they efficient workers, but they’re also incredibly friendly; they even offered to adjust the furniture for us. This stay deserves a perfect score—I feel so at ease with such great staff!
