The staff made my stay even better — Adeel was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The housekeeping by Nazeem was excellent; my room was always spotless, fresh, and well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, great service, comfortable rooms, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Novel Hotel City Center to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Good: Everything was good except the reception service, sometimes they don't pickup the phone and i had two big bags and i had to carry them on my own

Bad: Just wasn’t as good as I had imagined to be and I think room rate was too much for what it is. But great Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor

Bad: Nothing

Good: It’s near center and everything near me
Bad: Room it’s kind of old

The hotel was great and Imran from the room boy was very helpful and offered great service on daily basis, I would like to thank him and the staff at the hotel.
