True 5-star hotel without any pretentiousness
Good: We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, Ksenya and others at the front desk helped accommodate our every need, and honestly the whole team made us feel very well taken care of. It was also very noticeable how friendly the team was with each other, which really reflects great management and creates a healthy, welcoming atmosphere that guests can truly feel. The rooms are big and spacious, the beds are big and mattresses are super comfortable, we slept very well. Everything was very clean. A special thank you to Hossein from the cleaning team, who did an amazing job! The gym was great, with good equipment and enough space for all guests. The food is special. Everything we tried was delicious with so much variety that one can't try during the stay. Compliments to the chef(s), you are true masters! We also appreciated the water and drinks provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the private beach. There was always plenty of space for guests no matter what time we went. The sand is clean and soft, and although the swimming area is on the smaller side, it was perfectly sufficient and very pleasant. The location is also convenient, well connected to downtown, Yas Island, and the airport, and most sightseeing spots are just a short taxi ride away.
Bad: The only small downside was some late night noise and load music from the restaurant close to the pool. We mentioned it to the front desk and they kindly asked them to lower the volume. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again.

Very nice time and atmosphere! Great variety of food , breakfast , lunch , dinner . Large swimming pool, good kids club ,multifunctional gym, heavyweights, boxing, etc, sauna, nice bar in the hotel , very helpful staff, special thanks to Islam , much appreciated his personality made our holiday the best !

We had a wonderful stay at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa and truly can’t thank the team enough for how well they looked after us. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We landed very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel long before the 3pm check-in time. Even though our room wasn’t ready yet, the team kindly offered us another room where we could rest and freshen up while we waited. After a long journey, that small act of kindness meant a lot and immediately made us feel cared for. Throughout our stay, the hotel was spotless. Our room (137) was cleaned to a very high standard every day, and the entire resort felt well maintained and peaceful. They also made us feel so welcome as a family. Our little boy absolutely loved the facilities and had such a great time exploring and enjoying everything the resort had to offer. During such an unsettling time around the world, with so much going on, it was really comforting to be somewhere that felt safe, calm, and supportive. The staff truly made us feel looked after from start to finish. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. We really appreciate all your kindness and hospitality. The first time we checked in, and we interacted with Wera in the cafe. She’s the most jolly, helpful and kind person. All the staff has been great and top notch even through tough times in UAE.

Top-notch service, immaculate rooms, and a great restaurant
The dining experience was another highlight. The food was excellent, but the service in the restaurant was even better. Chano provided attentive service and great recommendations that made for a memorable meal. the housekeeping team for the attention to detail. Coming back to such a clean, well-maintained space every day made my stay so much more relaxing.

Amazing hotel in very sureel times. I have to say the Azur restaurant is amazing with Amisha and Nicole doing an amazing job, their attention to detail is the best I have seen in years. The pool bar again is great with Ravi working his magic and keeping the drinks flowing.
