Fantastic holiday!
We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The staff were amazing, in particular Gukan, who made towel animals that the kids were amazed by and couldn’t wait for their surprise each day to see what would be next! The buffet food was delicious, a great variety and the staff accommodating. Would be useful to have clearer information on what is included in the all inclusive, and if some ice lollies could be included that would be a bonus. The activities were also great, highlight being the foam party for the children! Would recommend and we hope to come back!

Exceptional Hospitality
I stayed at Al Raha Beach Resort for just one night on a Sunday while in town for work. I had booked the most basic available room since my stay was short, and I arrived exhausted after a long and busy weekend. To my pleasant surprise, the team upgraded me to a beautiful suite, which completely turned my experience around. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed to unwind. The comfort and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to recharge before getting back to work. A special thank you to Alya for her outstanding hospitality — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Overall, even though my stay was short, it was one of the most relaxing and pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had recently. I’ll definitely return to Al Raha Beach Resort whenever I’m back in Abu Dhabi. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing experience at Al Raha Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was simply perfect. The hotel is luxurious, the rooms are spacious, and the service level is truly outstanding. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Great staff make this a lovely place to stay!
We had a great time staying here. The hotel, although dated in places, was always spotless. The facilities are great and there were always enough sunbeds and shade round the pool. The pool and beach areas were lovely and again so clean. The aqua aerobics was a fun addition most mornings! I must give a special mention to Rahat who kept our room looking amazing! There was never so much as a single piece of dust anywhere in the room, the entire time we stayed there. He was always so cheerful and friendly and his towel animals were fantastic. It always made us smile coming back to the room! He is a huge asset to this hotel. Thank you Rahat for doing such a great job. The only downside we had was the service in the pool bar and the restaurant next to this. The wait for anything was so long! When we asked how long food would be before we ordered it, we were told 5-10 minutes. It took an hour! In the restaurant we had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to even take a drink order. So we ate out of the hotel after this. That was the only thing not great about the hotel. But every person that works here is so friendly and happy to help.

We are having a flawless stay at Al Raha Resort because of the incredible staff. The hotel reception manager manager ALUA is a true asset to the property. She noticed that we arrived with kids and immediately stepped in to assist. Later, she surprised us with the room which made us extremely happy. This level of personal assistance and attentive service is rare and so appreciated. It's the reason we will choose this hotel over all others again. Dear ALUA you are making our stay so special! Thank you.

Everything in this hotel was perfect! Food is great, staff is kind and always eager to help, cleanliness is on another level! Crew from the reception is extraordinary, especially my guy Anil! What made our stay the best are those towel art characters, and special shout out to our Akhilesh who made them perfect every day, we really enjoyed! Definetely will come back!

Great winter sun for all the family
Great time. Well setup for all the family. Wide selection of food at all meals and good variety. Kids club was extremely popular for our 3 and 7 year olds. Chethana on hand to assist and face painting was a great addition

Kids area with activities and a toy room
Chethana, the lady from the kids’ club, was very helpful and friendly with our children. The club offers various activities and playrooms as an alternative to the outdoor pool and playground. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are helpful. However, the noise from outside was a bit disturbing. Food is amazing. Overall, it was a fair experience for a first visit with toddlers in the UAE.

Fantastic stay, staff were ever so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a very spacious room although we could have done with a few more plug sockets. Nice view and close enough to the lift without hearing it. Housekeeping service was absolutely on point (Naim) ensuring we always had everything we needed including some very creative towel art!! Would certainly stay again based on this experience. Thank you!
