Room service is more than perfect, Akhilesh made us a very cute towel design that we loved!!! So glad for the level of cleanliness

We are booked this hotel it was great. We have met with a great person when we ordered foods and other stuff Mr Kaung. He was a greatly great person and really fast when it comes to deliver food🤙🏻👍🏻. Hotel is really big good pool side and gym and other stuff!!!

We had a great time at Al Raha Resort and Spa. The staff, Surya in particular, were delightful and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was spacious and incredibly clean. The amenities were abundant and high-quality. A truly luxurious experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The Al Raha Beach hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. One minor point in our room I would add is that they could benefit from extra lighting as in the evening we struggled to see what we were doing! Also an extra plug socket with USBs would be useful. I think I’d recommend bringing a small extension lead would solve the problem. When it comes to Service though this was second to none. Our 2 room attendants Prasada and Krishna could not have done more. The rooms were left immaculate with beautiful touches like scattered rose petals and exquisite towel decor. This attention to detail made us feel very special and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

One night stay
Good: Lovely staff, very accommodating and friendly. The pool is nice and deep.
Bad: Price for one night was a lot, the pool area felt very crowded at times because of the positioning of the sunbeds

We spent 7 nights at the hotel, which been family friendly, clean and tidy. The food been amazing! All the staff been very kind and friendly! The housekeeping staff Prasad and Khrishna where very helpfull, cleaned the room every day! My daughter loved the towel animals what they made in the room each day! We would return for sure!

This is the second time we are visiting this hotel and we were so happy with our stay. The hotel is very nice and the food is excellent. Akhilesh and Krishna did a splendid job with the cleaning. The room was very clean and our child loved the towel-animals - a new and very advanced one every day. The life guards are attentive and very nice to the children. It is safe and fun! Thank you we will be back!

Cleaning was awesome!!! Every time our room was cleaned and bed was like new!!! Everything was on it’s place. Good service, very good! Was very quiet. Location has got amazing view and atmosphere was pretty good. Room has got lots of new amenities after cleaning! It was ery valuable for me. Thanks Riaj and Rahat.

Everything is perfect. Cleaning, supplies and etc.

Only there one night but was a comfortable stay.
Good: Decent facilities. Pool was lovely.
Bad: Room was massive but felt sparsely decorated and was a little worn. Was also a long trek from all the facilities. Wasn’t overwhelmed by the restaurants, felt more like 3-4 star quality than 5 star.

A very pleasant hotel with nice, clean rooms and a great beach. The staff are very kind and helpful. I’d especially like to mention Subashi Tillaya, who always made our room wonderfully tidy.
