Great hotel, whould defintly recommend
Good: The staff was excellent, rooms are clean, great breakfest and athmosphire. also the view from the room and the pool area, was missing indoor poor but the outside pool and beach was great. extra value- the live perfomace in the lobby day to day
Bad: the refrigiretor was weak, didn't cool the products i brought, also ill probably do so indoor change in the room to have some convenient closet to the clothes. plus, most of the indoor resturant didn't gave an option to order specific things but only "per person" price, was missing.

Good: Everything was great. We had a great weekend and most of the staff were helpful and courteous, facility was great and there were even activities in the hotel for adults and for kids, my son enjoyed the kids area and there was a mini golf and table tennis which we enjoyed. I would like to give a special thanks as well to one of the reception staff Ms. Emma, who was truly approachable and helpful. I had an incident with one of the staff during check in, and it got me frustrated but when I approached Ms. Emma, she managed and addressed the situation appropriately and she made sure we had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our visit.
Bad: There was an incident at the reception during check in with one of the reception staff. A russian lady, i was asking to add another room to my original booking, because i was adding a guest she wasn’t helpful at all, she told me i could cancel from booking.com and book for new rooms, i told the booking was non refundable and she insisted that i just send email to booking.com and request the changes. I asked if nothing can be done on her side as it will take time for me to receive a reply for doing it there as i am already at the hotel. She said she cannot do anyhow to help. So I approached another staff. Luckily Ms Emma was able to help us book another room, otherwise it could have ruined our visit to the hotel

Good: The customer service was wonderful. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Everyone is very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing, and everyone is very friendly and professional. I can't say enough about the great customer service from every employee at the hotel.

Fantastic hotel with private beach and very friendly staff. Only little feedback would be the room we were in had a funny smell similar to one where the carpets have not been deep cleaned. This is not something the cleaners can do as it’s I think due to the carpet being left not deep cleaned for a very long time. Our room cleaner Gulkan left our room spotless and left little cute animals made with towels also gave us a flower bouquet as a thank you gesture. Very kind of Gulkan

Hotel was great overall. I would like to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping team - Aru, Jared, and Nayan were absolutely amazing. They cleaned our room every day, and every time we walked in, we were truly impressed. They created cute animals out of towels, decorated our beds with rose petals, and made everything look pristine and brand new. They always made sure we had everything we needed, like water bottles, fresh towels, or tea cups. On top of that, they were incredibly kind, always smiling and very respectful. We had the best time!

Absolutely amazing customer service and approach especially from Ksenia, Lana at the front desk and Ayu Javed from house keeping. Delicious fresh food, great location close to YAS island and AirPort. Would recommend all the way!

I stayed in room 207 was a good size room with great view. 2 adults and a 5 year old and a 1 year old that got a cot bed. Aru Javed and Nayan did a fantastic job of keeping our room tidy and clean everyday and the kids loved coming home to different towel animals.

Exceptional
Good: It is a very elegant hotel. We are here for the second time. The dinner is delicious with a huge sortiment. Super clean and quality rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is doing very well for you, they work a lot for you. Beautiful flowers in the hall. Reception staff also very kind and helpful. Room service is exellent. Wifi is working well. Clean area everywhere.. We will come back again.
