Absolutely loved it
Just back after a 10 night stay. Absolutely adored the hotel and certainly will return (next time with grandchildren). Staff are extremely helpful, polite and efficient and in our case particular thanks to Edwin at reception, Joyce in the restaurant and Sanjath our cleaner. The hotel, pool area and beach are spotless and there was plenty of choice in the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner. Beach is immaculate and there are plenty of sunbeds. Courtesy bus to the attractions, mall and Mosque is a massive bonus and runs to an exact timetable. Minor negative point which I am aware is being addressed by the general manager is the smell of cigarette and cigar smoke in the Black Pearl bar, something which us westerners no longer need to tolerate any more in our restaurants and bars.

Great stopover in Abu Dhabi
The Al Raha beach resort is a great place for a short break. The hotel is spacious and comfortable and the staff were, without exception, professional and welcoming. At Check-in Islam was very helpful and created a great first impression of the resort. Koshila and Lana at Reception were also very friendly and patient. Our room, looked after by Rahat, was spotless. The fresh flowers were an especially nice touch. The buffet restaurant offered a good variety of food at dinner. I particularly recommend the grill section where great fish and kebabs were prepared to order. Eggs were also cooked to order at breakfast. The pool area is large with very comfortable loungers. The heated pool was a pleasure to use. Again the pool staff were very pleasant and helpful. I should also mention the staff at La Piscine who were very attentive.

Good: Everything in general, staff were friendly, hotel was huge and clean and facilities were good.
Bad: Nothing.

Pleasant
Good: Excellent and varied breakfast. Delicious dinner (paid separately). Beautiful hotel environment. Nice sea view from one 1 room. Friendly staff.
Bad: After a 6+ hour journey, we arrived after 10 PM, but our rooms were still not ready. The offered “upgrade” was actually a smaller room. Long waiting time and room changes. Rooms were very cold, and the air conditioning could not be adjusted. No hot water on the first night. Toilets were regularly clogged. Spa access was not included in the room price.

Exceptional service by Islam
I had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist Islam at this hotel. He was incredibly helpful, always smiling, kind, and very professional. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. A real asset to the hotel!

The best service ever !
Everything is excellent in the hotel. The service is very, very friendly. The room was thorougly cleaning every day. You can even expect petals of roses on your bed !

Koshila, Islam, and the lifeguard for the swimming pool were wonderful people and highly respectful

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. We had a wonderful service manager named Raja. He cleaned the room daily and always gave us little gifts from him. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; the service is fantastic.

Good: I liked that the hotel was clean and had everything you need.
Bad: If you want to site see, it is aeound a 30 minute taxi into the centre (very easy to get a taxi though).

Special big thanks for ANIL who was extremly helpfull to find my phone lost in taxi. And very helpfull for us all our stay here. Also thanks for Jeevan helping us with luggages. We will come back!

Hosni god serves a the pool

It was very good experience, we have a very good time in this resort and Mr. Surya was very kind and gentle. Hope to repeat this experience again in the future. Thank you very much❤️❤️
