Great experience at Al Raha Beach resort
Excellent Hotel.Great room and facilities.Buffet breakfast was excellent.Great choice of food.Housekeeping staff Rahat, who tended our room went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and also Edwin on the front desk who gave excellent service.

The hotel was nice however I think the ‘beach resort’ is a little bit of a stretch. There is a small man made beach opposite a thin, still inlet, which is technically the sea but is more like a lake it’s so calm. Our room was opposite the main road so a bit of noise pollution but the room itself was perfectly nice and spacious. (It could have done with some electrical outlets by the beds however) the service was mainly excellent. In particular the restaurant staff, reception and the room staff. Prasad did a fantastic job making sure our room was clean and well stocked despite having 3 messy children to contend with! The food was good (kudos to having hash browns at breakfast, and strong coffee!) my only gripe was the waffles. Overcooked and dry (so disappointed!) the staff were well meaning but there were a couple of areas for improvement. I asked about the shuttle service to Yas Island. Instead of being given a schedule or where to get on etc I was just told ‘it’s closed for today’. I’ll put this down to miscommunication. There was also some rules that seemed to be unwritten or a little bit too much for a 5 star hotel. No drinks allowed upstairs for some reason. No beach towels allowed upstairs and no ‘big floats’ although nothing about this on their rule board. (I appreciate it given the size of the pool however). One really good aspect was the shopping mall next door. Not the best mall, but it has coffee shops, a supermarket and lunch places so quite useful really. The black pearl bar is a nice almost secret bar. It’s a proper old school masculine bar with wood panelling, a cigar case, sport screens and a few beers on draft. Very nice! The kids club was reasonable with air hockey and even PlayStations, to keep the kids occupied and a play area for the toddlers. Also being Ramadan, they moved dinner to outside by the water and did a fantastic job with the food and the decorations etc. overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us!

Overall good experience
Good: Kseniya was just amazing I will come back to that hotel just for her. Her customer service is different. She’s very professional. The location is a bit far you have to take taxi but the great service at the hotel make it amazing.

Amazing experience
I loved the hotel and the hotel area, general service was amazing, the room was upgraded for me and I had an amazing spacious room with a beautiful view. The room service was great as well. Loved the food, with lots of different options. The pool area and the beach was very nice and clean. It also had a nice small walking path connecting the main pool area with the other beach. The staff was very helpful, I was serviced by Islam at the front desk and Jeevan from the concierge services who were very helpful and friendly and the person servicing my room 271 was very nice and did a great job as well. Loved the easy access to the shopping mall right next to the hotel and the daily free shuttle service to the mosque and Yas island mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Good: Everything wqs great, such a nice vibe in the hotel. Service, staff, food, atmosphere was all really good. Loved the shuttle services every day to the Grand mosque and Yas shopping mall. Hotel area was very nice as well

The Best Resort in the UAE for a Family and Business Trip
Good: The amenities were amazing. The pool was nicely divided for the aqua activities and for other guests that wanted to swim. There’s also a whole pool section for kids under 12. There’s a Children’s Club as well. The spa was amazing as well! The rooms are phenomenal.
Bad: Everything was perfect in the property.

Wonderful tranquil atmosphere during our stay.
We were visiting family so the location was perfect for us. The Hotel staff were wonderful and Rahat kept our room spotless and there were always some lovely personal touches like the towel animals. The tranquil atmosphere suites us very well and we enjoyed having the beach and gardens to walk in. We have stayed in other Hotels in Abu Dhabi but for us the Al Raha has been the best and we look forward to another stay. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special.

Great staff
I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Rajani. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. Rajani was attentive without being intrusive, always making sure our table was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and handled our requests with professionalism and grace. Even during busy hours, she remained calm, efficient, and incredibly kind. What stood out most was her positive attitude and dedication to excellent service. She went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable, and her friendly personality truly enhanced our stay at the hotel. Rajani is a wonderful asset to the team, and I would happily return knowing she’ll be there. Highly recommended!

Reception and restaurant staff so helpful. Food great variety and top quality. Rajani in restaurant very kind. Lifeguards and pool guys on the beach so great. Super quiet beach / pool / restaurants during Feb half term. Couldn’t ask for a better holiday.
