The hotel is fantastic,very very comfortable and the hotel very high level, everything is synchronised and organised,not crowded we are so happy it is the best hotel during 20 years, we would love to came back there. I would love to mention the work of all the staff they are great starting from the lobby,Reception, restaurants - they are very welcoming, friendly. Shout out to Pazenko Kseniya ,as there very less Russian speakers- and we always was coming back to her to ask all out questions, she is beautiful and very professional, even if we will ask the questions not connected with her work she was always ready to help us, Me and my wife really appreciate her work,as well all the staff in the restaurant Sevilla - Mark,Miko, great service. Visited on a day pass. Good place for kids. There was a foam party at 4pm that the kids loved, Ali did a great job

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only glitch is that the the noise from wave runners in the canal gets amplified due to the building on both sides and gets annoying, but it is no refletion on the hotel itself.

Absolute pleasure.
Everything was perfect, but the bath at the end of each day, was my highlight. Location is great and near almost everything to see and do in Abu Dhabi. Also 14 minutes from Abu Dhabi airport. Can't wait to visit again.

Comfortable hotel with beautifull view
We really liked your hotel. All the staff were very helpful with everything. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff who cleaned the rooms every day were also very good.

It is a really nice hotel, with an amazing breakfast and good rooms, close to the Arena. We were really tired after the trip and Koshila suggested for us the best room. She was kind and supportive - the best qualities of the receptionist Regards, Svetlana and Elmira

Perfection
Everything was perfect including the team at reception Edwin & Merveris also John at the bell desk. I would thank all the staff for being humble and gentle with everything on our stay.

Great service
Great hotel with good pool and service. The room was great and breakfeast had it all. Shoutout to Teddy, Victor and Carlos for very good service.

Second time this year
This is my second time visiting Alraha beach resort & spa this year. And the service is still top tier! We had a pleasant stay thanks to the room service and housekeeping team, especially Jhardhan. Also, the food at Azur was excellent.

Al Raha Dining
Great service and food. Service by Jefrey and colleagues was excellent. Sorted our table for guests with babies and kept our drinks order flowing!

Lovely escape from the city
Good: Large rooms, well maintained, warm staff, great facilities for kids, relaxing getaway
Bad: Breakfast was just average, Some facilities like the Squash, Jacuzzi and Hamam were paid

The water pressure in the room was very low. The shower had no hot water. Everything else was excellent.

Doubt will be comming back
Good: Location was good
Bad: Aside from electrical problems upon arrival the hotel was medium - issues could have been handled better but really first night should have been fully refunded

Good
Good: The private beach, the pool area, and the facilities in general The staff was very friendly and helpful
Bad: Some small but annoying things in the bedroom : no reading light on both sides of the bed, sliding doors and curtains all 3meters high difficult to use, no really hot water for the bath

Comfortable stay
Good: The staff were wonderful and the two bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had Emarati, Indian, Asian and Continental cuisines so plenty of choice.
Bad: It’s an older property so the decor and amenities are a decade old at least.

Great hotel, delicious food and great value for money
Good: The breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Huge variety of different foods, tastes and options. The pool was lovely and was next to the beach marina. They had a great kids club area and different activities for the kids, especially during Halloween week. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the sunset each night.
Bad: There is one small area of slides with water in the pool. Would have been great if there was a better play area for older kids to be able to slide and play in the water.
