I express my deepest gratitude to the hotel administration. Manager Ksenia at the reception explained everything clearly and accurately. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the excellent service. But the most important thing was the cleanliness of the room. The cleaning was excellent. It's like a separate art form. Thank you, Hossain. You're the best at what you do. I think the hotel can be proud of such competent and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay has been wonderful despite it being eventful due to the current geopolitical situation. Islam was amazing in making our checkin seamless and quick. Akhilesh was so helpful and polite. Lovely hotel, lovely stay.

The Best Resort in the UAE for a Family and Business Trip
Good: The amenities were amazing. The pool was nicely divided for the aqua activities and for other guests that wanted to swim. There’s also a whole pool section for kids under 12. There’s a Children’s Club as well. The spa was amazing as well! The rooms are phenomenal.
Bad: Everything was perfect in the property.

Perfect retreat with great service
Good: The service was exceptional throughout. Lana at the front desk was fantastic, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The concierge restaurant and housekeeping staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed incredibly comfortable. Their dinners are a magical experience for the eyes, ears and taste buds. I highly recommend it.

My Son 7th Birthday
We had the most wonderful and memorable stay at Al Raha Beach Hotel as we celebrated our son’s 7th birthday! It was truly a special treat for him and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional Front Office team. A special thank you to Eslam at reception and Emma during check-in for their exceptional service. They were both incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly and professionally, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Emma went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful birthday surprise for our son. When we arrived on Saturday, he was overjoyed to see the lovely birthday setup and cake prepared especially for him. He had been wishing for a cake since we arrived on Friday, and seeing his big smile made our hearts so happy. It was truly a magical moment for our family. A big appreciation as well to Prasad from Housekeeping, who ensured our room was perfectly clean and well-organized every single day. His friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for making our son’s 7th birthday celebration so unforgettable. We left with beautiful memories and will definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel. This is our second time here, and the service just keeps getting better. We stayed with our family, and the rooms were a bit small for our needs. We were able to change them free of charge to larger rooms — two rooms. Breakfast is excellent, and all other lunches and dinners are also really good with plenty of options. Housekeeping is top-notch, and fresh water is provided to the rooms every day. I can’t think of anything that could be improved.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Good: Rooms were well appointed and beds very comfortable. Lovely view over the pool and breakfast was exceptional. When we took other meals or drinks inside the hotel, the service and quality was great. Reception and the room cleaning staff also deserve a mention!
Bad: Only minor gripe was the volume of the music on certain days, during the pool aerobics.

This was my second stay at Al Raha Beach and I had a wonderful time. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially the housekeeper Sajath who went out of his way to ensure our room was spotless and we had all the amenities we needed. We also had a treatment at the spa which was incredible

Fabulous service at this 5* hotel.Breakfasts have everything you could want for. I preferred to sit outside. Best before 9am, so not too crowded. Bring your own English tea. Housekeeping just the best, cake and flowers for my birthday!

Perfect staycation breakaway for a special occasion
Absolutely amazing staycation break away. Staff made extra effort to make my son feel special for his 12th birthday! He loved the room decor and Happy birthday msg and special cake when we arrived. Thank you team for making this a memorable celebration! See you soon!! :)
