Wonderful
Good: Everything was great. We had a great weekend and most of the staff were helpful and courteous, facility was great and there were even activities in the hotel for adults and for kids, my son enjoyed the kids area and there was a mini golf and table tennis which we enjoyed. I would like to give a special thanks as well to one of the reception staff Ms. Emma, who was truly approachable and helpful. I had an incident with one of the staff during check in, and it got me frustrated but when I approached Ms. Emma, she managed and addressed the situation appropriately and she made sure we had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our visit.
Bad: There was an incident at the reception during check in with one of the reception staff. A russian lady, i was asking to add another room to my original booking, because i was adding a guest she wasn’t helpful at all, she told me i could cancel from booking.com and book for new rooms, i told the booking was non refundable and she insisted that i just send email to booking.com and request the changes. I asked if nothing can be done on her side as it will take time for me to receive a reply for doing it there as i am already at the hotel. She said she cannot do anyhow to help. So I approached another staff. Luckily Ms Emma was able to help us book another room, otherwise it could have ruined our visit to the hotel

This place is soooo good, the staff is literally the best specially Islam at the reception, he has been the sweetest person to me and my family, we just know our stay here is going to be amazing

Amazing
Javed and Aru was the ones who cleaned our room and they was great! It was always very clean , they was polite and also our room was emaculate. The hotel is also very clean and food is amazing. Atmosphere is great around the pool and the beach is nice. Location is perfect as it is only 10 mins away from airport and is right next to a mall.

This is an excellent hotel with fresh, delicious food. It has amazing staff and large rooms. We loved it and would return back

We really enjoyed our stay in this place, the room with the balcony was perfect, the beach and the swimming pool was very nice and the furnitures for kids were adapted, Hosni at the swiming pool was pretty nice to us and he really took care about the children safety at the swiming pool.

Lovely relaxing stay.
Good: Our family room was huge and comfortable. They had free transfer buses to Yas island which was very convenient.
Bad: The choice for vegetarians at dinner was not great.

Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay, Sajath, Naim and Noyon provided a beautiful cleaning service to us.

Great hotel and an amazing upgrade! The hotels location is ideal and excellent facilities including a great hotel gym. Staff are super attentive and helpful. I must give a special thank you to Islam and Emma at the checkin counter who were perfect hosts and even provided an upgrade to the the biggest room I've ever stayed in 😅. We will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms and really 5 star exceptional staff. Thank you to Eslam (Manager of Reception) for my upgrades and remembering everything I forgot. Hossain, Javed, Ayu, Nararst, Abdullah & Gokul for always keeping the room beautifully tidy and clean and Teddy (FoH valet) for always welcoming me with a smile. Will see you all again soon 😊

Really nice and clean hotel and very good facilities, breakfast was top, it had everything you needed and even more! Staff is very friendly and helpful, but many special thanks to Ismail, who was a super host, gave us a wonderful room and special tips of what to do in Abu Dhabi and in the surroundings. Would come again for sure!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, especially thanks to the receptionist, Ismail, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. He provided us with great information about activities inside and outside the hotel, assisted us with room services and our accomadiotions in a very beautiful room, and any additional details we needed. He was always patient, professional, and went above and beyond to help us find the best transportation options suited to our needs. His support truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and welcoming, and we felt comfortable from the very first moment. We would especially like to thank Javed and Aru for their outstanding work. They cleaned our room every day with great care and always decorated it beautifully with rose petals. These lovely little details made our stay truly special and showed how much effort and heart they put into their work. Everything was always perfectly clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, the service was excellent — very friendly, attentive, and professional. We were completely satisfied and would be very happy to return. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Customer service at the restaurant
The room had good space for our family. However, we had a very bad experience when we tried to have dinner. We had paid for both breakfast and dinner with our accommodation, but we barely used the dinner option during our stay. One evening, when we went to the restaurant, the manager argued that my children had already used lunch earlier that day and therefore were not allowed to join us for dinner. She spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner and showed no customer service skills at all. I repeatedly explained that we had not used our dinner vouchers for the past five nights, but she refused to listen and continued arguing, which completely ruined the experience.
